What you will do
- Answer customer calls and messages about products, sizes and orders.
- Confirm orders by phone and note them correctly.
- Help customers with exchange and delivery questions.
What we look for
- Clear, polite Bangla. Basic English is a plus.
- Comfortable using a phone, WhatsApp and Facebook.
- Patient with customers and careful with details.
What you will do
- Plan and post content on Facebook and Instagram.
- Shoot and edit short videos and photos of our clothes.
- Reply to comments and grow our online community.
What we look for
- Experience with reels, photos and simple editing.
- A good eye for fashion and trends.
- Portfolio or past work to show us.
What you will do
- Design prints, graphics and product visuals for new collections.
- Make banners and creatives for the website and ads.
- Work with the team so designs are ready for production.
What we look for
- Skill with Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools.
- Understanding of clothing design and fit.
- A portfolio of your best work.
What you will do
- Prepare confirmed orders for courier pick-up.
- Track parcels inside and outside Dhaka and follow up on delays.
- Keep order and cash-on-delivery records accurate.
What we look for
- Organised, with attention to detail.
- Basic computer or spreadsheet skills.
- Experience with courier services is a plus.
What you will do
- Check, fold and pack clothing for every order.
- Keep stock neat and counted by size and colour.
- Help with receiving new stock and returns.
What we look for
- Careful and reliable, able to work on your feet.
- Able to follow a packing list without mistakes.
- Prior warehouse or garments experience is a plus.
