• Give your correct name, full address and a working mobile number at checkout.
• We may call you to confirm your order. Orders we cannot confirm may be cancelled.
• If a product runs out of stock, we will tell you and offer an alternative or a cancellation.

• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• You can pay by cash on delivery. Pay the product price plus the delivery charge when you receive your parcel.
• Prices can change without notice, but a confirmed order keeps the price you ordered at.

• Inside Dhaka: ৳100 delivery charge.
• Outside Dhaka: ৳180 delivery charge.
• Inside Dhaka orders usually arrive in 1–3 working days. Outside Dhaka orders usually take 3–5 working days.
• Delivery can be delayed by weather, strikes, holidays or courier problems. We will keep you updated.

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the product is wrong, damaged or the wrong size, call us on 01965323385 within 24 hours of receiving it, with a clear photo of the problem.

• Products must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags and packaging.
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• If we sent a wrong or damaged item, we will pay the return delivery charge. For size or choice changes, the customer pays the delivery charge.
• Refunds are made after we receive and check the returned product. Please also read our Exchange & Complain and Return & Refund pages.

We try to show our products as they look in real life. Colours can look slightly different on different screens. Please check the size chart before you order, as sizes can vary by a small amount between styles.

We use your name, phone number and address only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We do not sell your information. Read our Privacy Policy for more detail.
